• Help Identifying old Longines watch from Soviet Union

  Hello watch enthusiasts!I came across an old Longines watch passed down from my grandfather from the Soviet Union. Can anyone here help identify what year it was made and if its of any significant value? The serial number is 2816980. • Value of 3940 vs 5140

  Looking for my 2nd Patek. I've seen several 3940 under 50k used, and one New Old Stock about the same. The 3940 replacement, 5140 is priced almost 90k. Is the new model really worth the difference? Even with all the recent price increases from Patek I'm haveing trouble grasping this much of a price spread. Any opinions?........

• Missing screws on a brand new Ebel 1911

  I just purchased an Ebel 1911 Automatic from one of their authorized stores. It is brand new, came with all documentation, serial numbers, a 3-year international warranty card, etc. It still has the plastic on the back of the case.There are supposed to be four screws on the back of the case holding the bracelet, two on each side.
